What is singular art?
We chose this umbrella term because it covers a unique and strange reality. Unique, that wants to say: individual, remarkable, strange. Almost all the creators of this category are self-taught artists. We present an artistic universe among which the strength, the originality and the creative imagination are extraordinary: beyond all rules, far from any cultural influences.
These astists can see art everywhere, in every usual form. Their painting has a very intimate line, and at the same time a universal dimension.
For this type of artist the art history does not exist, he begins everything, as a true creator. Sometimes he looks fixedly intensely, a commonplace object for us, for the others; but it seems that he sees it for the first time! He transforms it into a hallucinatory image!
The international character of our project allows having panoramic sight. To make to you an idea of the importance of this phenomenon – SINGULAR ART -, it’s enough to look at the map: France, Romania, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, England, United States and Brazil.
